Join us for The Hungry Games! Find how healthy diets can be good for both us and our planet. With live cooking demos, hands-on activities, games, quizzes and more, you’ll love The Hungry Games, whatever your age (and tastes!).

Take part in our Love Food Hate Waste cookery demonstrations with Susan Anderson, at 12:00 and 14:00 each day to find out how to make the most of your potatoes.
Play our exciting card games to discover more about nutrients in the foods we eat, and the impact our diets might have on the environment, or design your own plate of food to take home – how many nutrients can you fit on your plate? With fun drop-in activities all day from the Royal Society of Biology, the Biochemical Society and the Centre for Excellence for Public Health NI, plus regular cooking demonstrations and tasting sessions provided by Love Food Hate Waste.
